Insurance of liability for damages Organizations and individuals engaged in general aviation operation shall cover insurance against liability for damages in accordance with this Law. Chapter X IMPLEMENTATION CLAUSE Entry into force 1. This Law shall come into force as of 01 January 2007. 2. This Law shall supersede the Law on Civil Aviation of Viet Nam dated 26 December 1991 and the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Civil Aviation of Viet Nam dated 20 April 1995. This Law was adopted on June 29, 2006, by the 11th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, at its 9th session.
